Session Outline

This week, players will begin by learning how to swing the bat with a full, natural swing. This is a foundational skill that encourages freedom, rhythm, and confidence at the crease.

To develop this movement, players will work through a variety of drop feed and underarm throw activities designed to help them focus on body movement, timing, and clean contact. Each task is simple, yet purposeful—building comfort with the bat in hand and reinforcing key habits that will carry through the rest of the program.

Make sure to watch the video demonstrations carefully and take your time with each activity. The goal is to build a strong base that prepares players for more advanced movements in the coming weeks.
