Session Outline
This week, players will begin learning how to execute the check swing. Developing this skill is a critical part of a player’s progression, helping to build control, balance, and precision in stroke play.
It's essential that players and parents watch the video lesson closely, paying attention to the technical demonstrations and coaching points. Take your time replicating the actions shown and focus on understanding the feel and purpose behind the check swing.
