Session Outline
In this week’s session, we’ll expand your ability to hit the ball into four key gaps: cover, mid-off, mid-on, and mid-wicket. The focus will be on developing shot selection and body control to access each of these areas with purpose and consistency.
You’ll also be challenged to make decisions between using a full swing and a check swing, learning when each is most effective based on the delivery and your intended target. This week is all about precision, adaptability, and shot awareness.
Be sure to watch the activity videos carefully and give each drill your full attention—this is a key stage in building a complete, game-ready batting toolkit.
