Training Plans
Level 1: Beginner
Our beginner level programs are designed for players who are new to the game, as well as any players aged between the ages of 5-11, as well as other players who are just starting out in the game. These programs are designed to introduce foundational principles in a way that is age appropriate and fun.
Level 2: Experienced
Our Experienced level programs are designed for players aged 12 and above who are capable of facing overarm throws and feeds. This is the key metric we use to decide what level younger players should start at. We recommend that all players, even those who have played higher level cricket start at this level to build foundational skills before progressing to level 3.
Level 3: Pro
Our pro level programs are designed to build on and expand existing skill sets. You donβt need to be the best batter or an elite player to attempt our level 3 programs, but we do recommend that you complete the equivalent level 2 course first to build your skills and technique so that you can benefit from the more explorative training in level 3.
