Level 2 Training Plans
Level 2 Training plans are designed as a starting point for all players aged 10 and over who have a level of experience playing the game. We recommend that for the best experience, that players begin at level 2, as it gives them the opportunity to develop the basic skills. The main difference between level 1 and level 2 is the delivery method. The content and learnings are largely the same, but in level 2 you can expect to face more overarm throws which more closely replicate gameday deliveries. If you find yourself excelling with the level 2 programs, then you can look to progress to level 3 quite quickly.

12 Week Footwork and Swing Program
In this program, we focus on developing the swing of the bat, your footwork and awareness of how you use your body to generate power.
Level 2 Season Long Program
Want to follow a sequenced training program all season long that helps develop all parts of your game. This 8 month course is for you.
