Session Outline

This week, players will take a big step forward in their development by expanding the areas of the ground they can target with both check swings and full swings. They'll learn how to manipulate their body position and footwork to access a variety of gaps—adjusting to the line and length of spin bowling with greater confidence and control.

Through a mix of guided activities, players will explore how their setup, movement, and swing type can be adapted to hit through different zones. These skills are essential for becoming versatile and effective against spin.

Make sure to watch the video demonstrations closely to understand how to apply the movements in each drill.
