Activity 1
Activity 1: Underarms Pull shots

Activity 2
Activity 2: Spin Throws Pull Shots
Duration: 10–20 minutes
Repetitions: 30–60 balls
In this activity, you will play a pull shot against a spin throw, aiming to strike the ball through the midwicket region. Focus on strong body position, bat swing control, and timing to keep the ball along the ground and direct it with intent.
Activity 3
Activity 3: Drop Feeds (Straight) Full Swing Power Hits
Duration: 5–10 minutes
Repetitions: 20–30 balls
In this activity, you will rotate between two hitting styles using a full swing against drop feeds straight down the ground. Hit 5 balls as hard as you can with maximum intent, then follow with 5 balls focusing on balance, timing, and control. This rotation builds strength, body awareness, and the ability to switch between power and precision under pressure.
Competition
Activity 4: Spin Drop Feeds (Straight) Full Swing Competition
Duration: 5-10 mins
Repetitions: First to 15
In this activity, the batter will hit full swings between the straight gap from a drop feed. If the player misses, then the coach or parents gets 1 point. If the player hits the gap, then they get 1 point. You may give them bonus points with a really well hit full swing with balance and control.
