In this activity, you will face underarm throws and drive the ball straight using a full swing. After each shot, you must hold your finishing position for 2 seconds to test your balance and control through the swing.
In this activity, you’ll face sidearm or overarm pace throws with a strong focus on mindset and intent. The objective is to train yourself to assume the ball will be full and prepare to attack with a positive, proactive mindset.
