Underarms Aggressive Transfer

In this activity, you will receive underarm throws and focus on executing a strong, aggressive weight transfer through the shot. The aim is to load early, drive forward with intent, and commit fully to the movement and contact. This drill helps develop powerful forward momentum, balance at impact, and intent in stroke play.
