In this activity, you’ll face sidearm or overarm pace throws with a strong focus on mindset and intent. The objective is to train yourself to assume the ball will be full and prepare to attack with a positive, proactive mindset. You’ll explore how your mental approach influences your movements, swing commitment, and decision-making under pressure.
This drill encourages players to trust their preparation, respond confidently to pace, and adjust when needed—without becoming reactive or hesitant.
