Activity Overview:
In this activity, you’ll face overarm throws and execute lofted pull shots into the leg side, targeting the midwicket and square leg regions. The goal is to commit to a full, aggressive swing that lifts the ball in the air with control and power.
Focus on getting the hands high and rotating hard as you play the shot. This drill helps players learn to attack short deliveries confidently while maintaining shape and rhythm through the shot.
