Overarm Pullshots

Activity Overview:
In this activity, you’ll face overarm throws and work on executing pull shots into the midwicket and square leg regions. The focus is on reading the length early, moving into position quickly, and rotating through the body to strike with power and control.

Players should aim to keep their eyes level, transfer weight efficiently, and finish the swing with balance. This drill helps develop timing, strength, and decision-making when attacking shorter deliveries.
