Spin Throws Lofted (Cover-Mid off) Full Swing

In this activity, you will hit spin throws in the air through the cover and mid off regions using a full swing. The goal is to generate clean, lofted contact with solid footwork and full extension, driving the ball into the off-side gaps with elevation and intent.
