Meet Jacob
Jacob understands fast bowling because he bowls fast himself. He understands the mindset, positions and athleticism required to bowl fast. Jacob regularly clocks in the mid to late 130km/h. That’ serious pace.

We don't want players guessing whether they're improving.
Throughout the program we'll use coaching, video and speed testing to help players better understand their bowling.
Players begin to understand:

✓ What needs development
✓ What they should work on away from sessions
The aim is for every bowler to finish the program with a much clearer understanding of their own bowling.
