Unleashed Parent + Player Batting Program
Learn to train better, together
Young players all around the country train with their Mums and dads. Our new batting program is designed to help you get the most out of this time together.
Across 8 x weekly one hour training sessions, parents and players work together through a structured batting program. With the support of our bowling machine and feeders, parents do the feeding and throwing, whilst our Unleashed Batting coach moves between each of the pairs, providing technical and mental coaching, feedback and guidance.
The goal isn’t to turn parents into batting coaches. It’s to provide you with a structured framework that gives parents confidence when training with their kids and gives you a clear system of development.

How it Works
Everything is planned, set up and ready for you.
Each Parent + Player session follows a planned curriculum built around the Unleashed Training System, giving players a clear and purposeful pathway for their batting development.
We provide all the equipment you need, including bowling machines, ball feeders and training equipment, with each activity set up and ready to go when you arrive.
Throughout the session, our coaches will guide you through each activity, explaining what we're working on, how to complete it and the key things to look for. We'll move between each Parent + Player pair, providing individual coaching, simple coaching cues and clear ideas that you can use throughout the session.
Parents complete the majority of the feeds and throws, allowing players to get plenty of quality repetitions while our coaches observe, provide feedback and progressively develop each activity.
Video analysis is also included, helping players and parents see what we're seeing and better understand the areas we're working to improve.
You don't need to plan the session, bring equipment or know how to coach.
Just turn up and train together. We'll take care of the rest.
What Happens in a Session
60 Mins of Structured, purposeful batting development
Every Parent + Player session follows the same simple structure.
When you arrive, six different training activities will already be set up and ready to go. Each station focuses on a different activity designed to reinforce the key batting concept being taught during that session.
At the beginning of the session, our coaches will introduce the focus for the day and clearly demonstrate each of the six activities. We'll explain what the player is trying to achieve, how the parent should feed the activity and provide a few simple coaching cues to use along the way.
From there, Parent + Player pairs rotate through all six stations together.
At each station, the parent becomes the player's training partner — feeding, throwing or operating the equipment while the player works through the activity. Stations may include drop feeds, underarm and overarm throws, ball feeders, bowling machines and other training equipment depending on the focus of the session.
Our coaches move between each pair throughout the hour, observing players, providing individual feedback and helping parents understand what to look for. Rather than overwhelming players with technical information, we'll provide simple cues and clear ideas that parents can reinforce while they train together.
Where appropriate, we'll also use video analysis to show players what we're seeing and help them better understand their movement and technique.
By moving through six different activities, players get plenty of repetitions while experiencing different ways of developing the same underlying skill.
