Activity Overview:
In this activity, you will face underarm spin throws and strike the ball straight down the ground using a full swing. After each shot, your goal is to hold your balance for 2 seconds, finishing in a strong and still position.
This activity helps build body control, stability, and awareness of how your swing and movement affect balance. It also promotes quality footwork and disciplined follow-through.
