Sidearms (3 Gaps) Offside Rotation

Duration: 10–20 minutes
Repetitions: 30–60 balls
In this activity, the batter will aim to drive sidearm throws into three designated offside gaps: point, cover, and extra cover. You should alternate between hitting these 3 gaps, regardless of the line. Watch the activity video for a full explanation of the different shot options and how to play them effectively.
