Underarms Backfoot Drives

In this activity, you will receive underarm throws and focus on playing backfoot drives, targeting straight and offside channels. The aim is to move back quickly, get into a strong position, and drive the ball with control and timing off the back foot. This helps develop balance, shot selection, and awareness when playing slightly shorter lengths.
