Unleashed Batting has a growing range of ways to train with us this season. Explore below to find the program that best suits you and see what we have coming up this summer.
Term 4 Holiday Skills Camp
Our Term 4 holidays skills camp will bring together a maximum of 12 kids for an 8-hour, batting intensive camp where we focus on giving players the core skills underpinnings that are required for long term success in the game. This is a batting only camp, where we immerse kids in the skills required to be successful as batsman, giving them technical, mental and tactical skills which set them up for success this season. Our Term 4 camp will be held over 2 × 4 hour morning sessions on Monday the 28th and Tuesday the 29th of September.
Term 4 Junior Group Programs
We’re launching a brand-new range of junior batting programs this summer, giving more young players access to the Unleashed Batting development system at an accessible price point.
Designed for 7–10 and 11–13 year olds, these batting-only sessions focus on the fundamental skills and concepts we teach across all our programs.
Our philosophy is simple: high-volume, meaningful learning. Using machines and feeders, players face plenty of balls in focused, high-impact one-hour sessions.

Season Long Private Coaching
Our private coaching programs are the cornerstone of what we do at Unleashed Batting. We believe great coaching should go beyond the nets, supporting and mentoring players through the highs and lows of an entire season.
Our approach is holistic. We know that becoming a better batter goes far beyond technique. We help players develop the skills, mental processes and tactical awareness they need to perform when it matters.
Meet Our Coaches
Thomas Rowley
Head Coach and Founder
Tom Rowley is the founder and Head Coach of Unleashed Batting. An experienced batting coach, Tom works with players from developing juniors through to senior and elite cricketers. His coaching focuses on more than technique, helping players develop the skills, decision-making, tactical understanding and mental processes required to become better, more confident batters. Tom is currently working with a list of players that includes more than a dozen premier first grade batsman, as well as elite up and coming players from around Brisbane.
Daine Macdonald
Specialist Batting Coach
Daine Macdonald is a Specialist Batting Coach at Unleashed Batting with extensive experience across both playing and coaching. A former first-grade top-order batter, Daine has since coached within elite pathway programs, as well as across Brisbane’s GPS and AIC school cricket systems. His experience gives him a strong understanding of batting development and what players need to progress their games. Daine is currently working with senior and junior cricketers within Unleashed Batting
