I founded Unleashed Batting for one reason. To help players of all ages and abilities fulfil their potential.

So far that's meant working with elite youth and high-level senior players. And that's been incredibly rewarding. But here's the thing about working with older players — by the time they arrive, habits are already formed. Skills are already set. Some good, some not so good. At that level my job is to maximise what they can achieve by refining their process and deepening their understanding of their own game. That's meaningful work.

But building completely new skills and habits from scratch? That's a different challenge entirely. And it's a much harder one.

That's why we're launching the Foundations Academy.

I want to give young players access to the kind of environment that the best cricketers in the world had when they were growing up — structured, purposeful and built around what actually matters at a young age. Power development. Body positioning. Balance. Fundamental movement. And a wide range of shots developed with freedom rather than fear.

The Foundations Academy gives participants access to our Unleashed Skill Development System — an incremental framework that builds the right skills in the right order, at the right age.

Eight weeks. Term 4. Multiple locations around Brisbane.
