Beginner: 10 Week Learn the Swings of the Bat
This program is an introduction to cricket for young players aged 6-10. The first thing we want to when we learn to play is to develop good strong natural swings of the bat. In this 10-week course, the young batter in your life will learn how to do this. The videos in each lesson serve as the central point of the sessions. Each activity has its own individual activity video which shows you how to set up the activity, as well as a demonstration and technical explanation to show you how to maximise the activity. My suggestion is that you complete each of the activities twice per week to get the maximum out of the program.
