Introducing the Empower Program: a comprehensive, season-long batting development initiative available throughout regional Queensland for the 2024 season. Combining online and in-person coaching, the Empower Program ensures your child receives the highest quality training, guided by former first-grade top-order batsman, Thomas Rowley.

The online component of the Empower Program is delivered through a state-of-the-art coaching app, providing access to over 300 meticulously curated videos. These pre-recorded activities include detailed technical tips and setup explanations, allowing you to confidently support your child's training.

The program is tailored to each player's specific needs, beginning with a 10-week technical refinement phase. This phase is customized based on individual requirements, ensuring targeted improvement. Following this, players can embark on a 24-week development program, choosing to focus on short-form cricket, long-form cricket, or a blend of both.

How it works Online?

Every week, we provide you with 2 x 1 hour sessions to complete. Each session is made up of between 4 and 8 activities to complete. We have a library of over 300 different activities. Below is an example of an activity video.

Online FAQ’s

  • Depending on your program level, you submit weekly feedback videos. Head Coach Thomas Rowley reviews the content and then provides you witha feedback video. All of this communication happens through the chat feature in the app.

  • We organise a Zoom meeting between the parents and the program participant in the weeks leading up to the program start date to understand your needs. Participants complete a 15 minute video session so we can assess your skills. We then design a tailored program to suit your needs.

  • In the first 10 weeks of the program, we will focus on developing any technical deficiencies we have identified.

    After that, participants will complete a skill development program based on their chosen format. They will progress from Level 1 through to Level 4 throughout the program. Each level builds on the previous skills.

  • The Gold and Silver level programs are only available to start in August. You can start our Basic and Bronze level programs anytime.

Personalised Masterclasses

Gold and Silver level participants get access to our in-person masterclass sessions. These sessions are conducted in small groups of 4 and we focus on elevating your skills. The sessions will include video analysis and reports, as well as gameplan development against spin and pace bowling. These sessions are designed to allow us to take a deep dive into your game!!
